The location in the heart of Hope was ideal, with charming cafes and stunning walks right on our doorstep. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the great shower after long days exploring. It was the perfect base for our adventurous family to explore the beautiful Peak District.
My children wanted a play area or a garden space to burn off some energy.

The kitchen area, although small, was sufficient and allowed us to be part of the group while cooking. The location in the heart of Hope was ideal, with plenty of dining options and shops nearby. We did encounter some issues during our stay. we never received any information on how or where to find the keys, despite multiple attempts to contact the property.

Stayed in a charming cottage from the 18th century with a cozy fireplace, free WiFi , and had the pleasure of sharing it only with my rowdy friends.
Stumbled upon some mixed messages about pets and couldn't help but giggle at the lack of response. Oh well, who needs clarification anyway?

I loved the charming decor of the cottage, especially the cozy fireplace in the living room. It gave the place a warm and homely feel, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The general areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself. It was easy to navigate around the cottage and the pub next door, which made it convenient for me and my friends. it was a delightful ambiance that added to the enjoyment of our stay.
It would have been even better if there were more dining chairs available. As a group of 5, we found it a bit snug trying to all sit around the table for meals.
